How to build a Hawkins corner at home

A wall first: a canvas or a tapestry sets the tone, the “Welcome to the Upside Down” plaque makes it a set. A shelf next: buildable Demogorgon and demodog figures, plus a few mini figures of the party, turn a rack into a fan display. Then the light: a string of multicolor bulbs, like Joyce's, is enough to tip the mood.

For a party, the birthday collection adds number candles, plates, cups, a tablecloth, and a backdrop. Dimensions listed on the product pages are those taken from the sellers' diagrams; when a format exists in several sizes, you choose on the product page. Everything goes up with no work and moves in five minutes when you rearrange.

Hawkins, from the inside

The show plays out as much in bedrooms as in the woods: the Wheeler basement and its game table, Will's room and his drawings, Joyce's living room and its wall of hand-painted letters, the Castle Byers fort. That's the domestic imaginary this collection's decor picks up, in the red and black of a Hawkins night or in the wood and string lights of the Byers living room. Fan decor, not a museum: you live with it every day.

How are decor objects measured?

The dimensions shown on the product pages are those taken from the sellers' diagrams, in centimeters. For a canvas or a tapestry offered in several formats, you choose directly on the product page.

Does the decor need building work?

No. Canvases and tapestries go up with clips or nails, buildable figures sit on a shelf, party accessories move in five minutes when you rearrange the room.

Are the posters and canvases images taken from the show?

No, they are fan illustrations that pick up Hawkins imagery: the town and its reflection, the string lights, the stylized monster. No photo, no show logo.

When will I receive my decor order?

After 2 business days of preparation, delivery takes 7-12 business days in total. A tracking email goes out at the same time as the parcel.

Can I return a decor object?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, unused item in its original packaging. Write to us at contact@strangerthings-shop.fr to open the request; return shipping is at your expense.

Section by section, from the bedroom to the living room

Over two hundred items is not something you get through in one sitting. Once you know which room you want to dress up, go in through the right section: posters and canvases for a frame above the desk, tapestries when it is a whole stretch of wall you need to cover, throws and cushions over by the couch, duvet covers for the bed, and everything you need for a birthday party if a date is coming up.

These sections talk to each other: carrying the same design from one piece of furniture to the next holds the room together, and backdrops earn their keep twice over, a wall behind a bed all year and a photo backdrop on the day of a party. If nothing is settled yet, our ideas for an 80s bedroom show how these pieces fit together, from the light wall to the string of lights above the bed.
