Data collected
When you place an order: first name, last name, mailing address, email address, phone number, order history. Bank data is collected and stored by the payment provider; the shop never has access to it.
When you browse: connection and browsing data collected by the hosting platform, as well as by audience-measurement tools if you have consented to them.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: email address, until you unsubscribe.
Purposes
Order and customer-relationship management, billing, after-sales service, compliance with legal and accounting duties, and — if you consent — sending commercial information.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract for order data, legal obligation for accounting documents, consent for prospecting and for non-essential measurement tools.
Retention period
Order data: legal retention period for accounting records, namely ten years. Prospecting data: until consent is withdrawn. Audience-measurement cookies: thirteen months at most.
Recipients
The data is transmitted only to the providers needed to fulfill the order: hosting of the shop, payment provider, carrier. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. You can exercise them at contact@strangerthings-shop.fr, and file a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
