We ship to the United States and to the 26 countries of the European Union.
We do not yet ship outside the European Union. If your destination does not appear at checkout, it is not served.

The fees are displayed before payment is confirmed. No amount is added after the order.
Timeframes
Count on 7 to 12 business days between confirmation of your order and receipt of the parcel. This time covers preparation (within two business days) and transit.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening therefore leaves on Monday.
Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive it, check your junk mail before writing to us at contact@strangerthings-shop.fr.
Damaged or not received parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, make precise reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery, then contact us. General reservations of the “subject to unpacking” type cannot be used against the carrier.
If the parcel does not arrive within the announced time, write to us at contact@strangerthings-shop.fr: we open an inquiry with the carrier.
